FreezeBreeze provides focused cooling for your immediate area, making it very effective for personal comfort. It's designed to cool the air around you rather than an entire room.

Honest numbers: below ~50% indoor humidity you get the full evaporative effect. At 50–60% it still works well — roughly an 8–11°F cooler breeze at typical summer temperatures. Above ~70%, run fan-only: moving air still cools your skin, the mist just stops adding much. That's what the 3 mist settings are for: high for dry air, low for muggy days, off for the swampiest nights. Also worth knowing: if you run AC or a dehumidifier, your bedroom usually sits at 40–60% humidity even in humid states — indoor air is much drier than outside.

Yes — every FreezeBreeze CORE carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. If yours fails, email freezebreezehelpcenter@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications.

Order changes or cancellations may be possible if you contact us quickly after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, changes are not possible.
